Cumulative and Multiple Attackers

If multiple attackers have the same Cumulative power, do the amounts they roll combine? For instance, two VIPER agents with Cumulative Dispel vs. Flight attack a hero, and each rolls just over half of the hero's Active Points in Flight. Does the Flight turn off? Or do they have to hit the hero again until at least one of them surpasses the Active Points in Flight?

Each Cumulative attack is a separate thing and accumulates its points separately.

 

Allowing characters to Coordinate to add them together in the way you describe might make for an interesting rule in some campaigns, but given that it’s far more likely to be used by the GM against the PCs than by the PCs on their enemies, I suspect most players wouldn’t be in favor.
