Can a person who buys a power with a 2x (or more) doubling for a duplicate power use all the powers at one time?
Ex: The Gunman has bought a shotgun for 45 points. He then doubles the number of shotguns on him by paying 5 more points. The Gunman attacks Sitting Target, the notorious Amerindian villain. Can The Gunman shoot both shotguns at the same time?
