Common solutions include Detect with Mega Scale or Mind Scan vs. inanimate objects. So tell me how would you build it? I don't need all the specific limits (unless you just want to show off ). This power can be a game breaker depending on how it is constructed. Make sure it would not invalidate investigation type stories if you plan to run those... I don't know what kind of items you want the char to be able to locate.
