Can I purchase it and give it a Focus disad where the focus is a starship (my character is piloting) and have the starship cling (a la the millennium falcon on the back of the SD)? However, what I am trying to do is build manoeuvres that would go on the character (pilot) and that he could use with any vehicle that has a tractor beam or clamps. If all ships with a tractor beam can do this the pilot shouldn't have to pay for it. Now if you're trying to copy the fact that Han Solo was able to do this without being spotted that would be a Comabt Piloting and/or a Concealment Roll.
