I use Goodreader to store my characters in HTML format and game book PDFs and Dicenomicon for my dice rolling, though Hero Roller is available, if you only plan to roll Hero dice. There is a typo in it that has not been fixed but was reported a long time ago. Hero Roller - there is a lite version for free that goes up to 12 DC and a paid version with no (maybe some reasonable max?) limit.
