Maximum Effect Limitation for Mind Controll/Mental Illusion

We had a lot of discussion about Mind Controll in some threads. I would like to know if there is any existing limitation that let's you limit the maximum effect of the Mind Controll?

 

Basically like these examples:

"Subliminal Message", Mind Controll, Only up to EGO

"Sugestion", Mind Control , Only up to EGO+10

"Command" (from D&D), Mind Controll Only up to EGO+20 (Order "die" means he only plays dead).

There's no existing Limitation that does that, but that's why there's a Limited Power Limitation -- so you can "roll your own." Those seem like perfectly reasonable Limited Powers to me, assuming the GM doesn't object.
