There are no specific rules for sleep deprivation or similar conditions, though you could probably adapt the Long-Term Endurance rules to model that situation if necessary. If I think of anything worth saying perhaps I'll toss some info into APG2; otherwise I'll leave it up to interested GMs to handle the situation as they see fit.
