I took a look at how Simulate Death is built and noticed that there is nothing that simulates the helplessnes it instills.
Shouldn't it have a "Concentartion (0 DCV; totally unaware of surroundings; must concentrate through entire use; -1 1/2)" or side effect mimiking that?
