When he runs his density increases, I'm thinking +1 level of DI for ever 4 active points of running. Then absorb PD, running - as he takes damage he moves faster, as he moves faster he becomes more dense. When he is standing still he goes desolid, so he must be moving to have a physical presence in this world. How would you do it? 6th ED please. Thanks! Would Running at less than 4 meters cause him to be solid but not Dense? Running and Density Increase should be Linked and possibly have Unified Power. The Absorption should be bought to effect both. Basically a 8 level "Density Decrease", until you become 100% desolid. So you make someone who is permanently desolid, but increases his density as he get's faster (he hits the normal density and then goes on).
