Naked Autofire Advantage and Example Weapons from 6E2 204

I know that Using Autofire on an Attack with Reducend Endurance, halfes the effect of the Reduced endurance.

 

As far as I can tell, the Example Weapons on 6E2 204 are build only with the +1/2 Version of reduced Endurance.

 

Now my question:

Does this mean that they cost half Endurance when used with Naked Autofire Advantages (Like Storm of Steel), or should they be regarded as having 0 END cost even then?

The GM can use his common sense and dramatic sense to decide for himself how he wants to handle this.
