Psionics (AGP II 49) and Mind Classes

Hello.

 

I wondered how many Mind Classes the Psionic Limitation covers:

Does it include all mind Classes (Human/Capaign Standart, Animal, Machine and Alien) or does it only works against one Mind Class (i.e. danger Sense only against beings with human Mind Class, not animals, machine or alien).

That's up to the GM and how strictly he wants to enforce the class of minds rules. In a campaign that emphasizes them, the Psionic Limitation would be subject to them; if they're not much of a factor in the campaign, having any mind around would probably satisfy the Limitation.
