So I guess the question I have is if you allow this talent to be used with other weapons, say throwing knifes, would their DCV also be 1/2. Steve Long Posted October 15, 2003 Report Share Posted October 15, 2003 It's because (a) the Talent involves bonuses for the use of Rapid Fire, which halves a character's DCV, and ( because it refers to the use of a bow, which normally halves the character's DCV anyway due to the way bows are built (cf.
