This might sound like a how to..but I don't mean it to be

 

Is it legal to purchase DC negation and then link a HKA to it that has the limitation that the DC of the HKA cannot exceed the DC that has been negated?

 

Example:

 

Character has a 6DC negation with a 2d6 HKA linked to it with the above limitation. Character negates a 3DC attack so the HKA becomes 1D6 HKA

 

Legal?

Offhand I can't think of anything in the rules that would forbid it. Sounds like a potentially fun and interesting power to me. Though of course some GMs might not permit it.
