When a character has a Dependency that would cause multiple effects - say Weakness and Incompetence or 1d6 Damage and Activation Roll - could he add the effect values (5 adn 5 for each example) togehter and get them as a single complcaition?
Or would he have to take two dependencies - one with each effect?
