Christopher
The rules on 6E1 135 say "The effects of Adjustment Powers are applied to the Active Points of a Characteristic or Power." In this earlier question regarding Draining a Characteristic (http://www.herogames.com/forums/showthread.php/89768-Another-clarification-on-draining-STUN) you said "loss of 5 Character Points' worth of STUN". Wich I read as Real Points. For characteristics Active Points or Real Points/Character points makes no difference. But for a 12d6 Blast, Increased Endurance (x3; -1) or 12d6 Blast, OAF (-1) it naturally does. So just to be certain: Do Adjustment Powers affect Active Points, Real Points or varies this depending on the Adjustment Power in use?

I believe that answers your question; if I've overlooked some aspect of it, please post a follow-up.
