Christopher
Hello again, a) Can a character buy Multiple Instances of the same Advantage as a Single Naked Advantage? example: Armor Piercing (2 times, +1/2) for 40 AP of Attack, 20 Base Cost Could a Character buy a Naked Advantage consisting of multiple Advantages? example: Armor Piercing(+1/4) and 0 END (+1/2) for 40 AP of Attack, 30 Base Cost c) Asuming the answer for b is yes and one of the Advantages applied to the Power is 0 END, does this make the whole construct 0 END? Example: The example under under b, would it cost no Endurance at all or 1 END (the 10 Active Points for Armor Piercing only)?
Steve Long
Re: Naked Advantages Question 1. A character can buy the same naked Advantage for a power or powers multiple times; examples include Armor Piercing and Increased STUN Multiplier. However, he can’t buy them all at once, such as Armor Piercing (x2; +½). He has to buy each one separately, and it has to be bought to cover enough points to include all the other ones as if they were bought normally. 2. The same applies to buying more than one naked Advantage for a power or powers. 3. Since the Advantages have to be bought individually and have to encompass all the others, by definition the whole thing’s going to cost 0 END. Could a Character buy a Naked Advantage consisting of multiple Advantages?
example:
Armor Piercing(+1/4) and 0 END (+1/2) for 40 AP of Attack, 30 Base Cost
c) Asuming the answer for b is yes and one of the Advantages applied to the Power is 0 END, does this make the whole construct 0 END?
Example:
The example under under b, would it cost no Endurance at all or 1 END (the 10 Active Points for Armor Piercing only)?
