Today's stupid question that I really should know the answer to:
Does Damage Reduction work against a Drain STUN or Drain BODY? What about vs. Drain any other Characteristic/Power? (Assuming it's the right type of DR, sfx fits, etc.) Is that "damage" in the normal sense of the word?
Follow up: same question, but for Damage Negation - any different? Thanks,
