Cost of d6-1 Killing Attack

Hi Steve, I've been looking through all of the core books (6e1, 6e2, CC, the APG's) and can't find a definitive answer to this.  I'll admit I may have missed it.  

 

What is the difference in Base Cost between a 1/2d6 Killing Attack and a 1d6-1 Killing Attack?

Officially, I don't believe any has ever been listed. Unofficially, I often use a cost of 12 points for a 1d6-1 KA (27 for 2d6-1, 42 for 3d6-1, etc.).
