18 INT ?  For LEX LUTHOR?  No way.  He's in the top 0.1% of the world, at least.  If he's less than 25 I'd be surprised, in any incarnation I can think of.  Well maybe he's only INT 18 in the "Smallville" TV series, but even then I doubt it.  Being able to run a multinational, at an INCREASED profit, while changing it's entire structure and direction at 18 years old is certainly no LESS than INT 18.
