Damage shield on Entangle

In the discription of the deffense powers page 117 is says that a Damage Shield bought linked to an force wall it says he can still use the power at range even though Damage shield is normaly no range.

 

Would it be legal to create a damage field linked to an Entangle in the same way or would I have to buy range as Force wall is a DEF power and Entangle is an ATT power?

I'm not sure I understand the question. If what you're asking is, "Can a character create an Entangle Damage Shield that is Linked to a Force Wall and thus use the Damage Shield at Range, per the rules on 5E 117?", then the answer is "yes."
