Simplified Healing: halved with STUN and/or BODY?

Hi Steve, is Simplified Healing an exception to the halving of Adjustment Powers when applied to STUN and/or BODY?  I know that standard Healing is, but the examples under Simplified Healing specify that the maximum STUN and BODY that can be healed are equal to the maximum that can be rolled on the dice.
