I understand how things work regarding targeting a specific hit location, but is there anything in the rules about how to avoid hitting a specific hit location?
Example: Two boxers are sparring, so the hit locations of their successful attacks are rolled using High Shots of 2d6+1, which still gives a very small chance for one of them to accidentally hit below the belt and strike location 13. Is there anything provided in the rules about avoiding a specific hit location? Would a hit location roll of just 2d6 be legal or maybe done with a small minus to OCV?
