  1. If a Flash does knockback (because of the advantage), does the target need that sense in order to be knocked back? Like... a sonic pulse that can deafen someone, but also push them around a bit... would that only push people who could hear it? Would the same be true for dispels with knockback? (IE: a dispel flight power with knockback wouldn't knockback someone who didn't have flight?)
  2. Answering my last question, you said that very small bases are all size 0, no matter how small. Does this mean that even very very small bases (at extreme levels, too small to perceive for most characters) will still always have an 'OCV+' rating of at least +4? Not like a base can buy DCV to try and toolkit them smaller... I've thrown rocks at beehives as a kid, and they were not that easy to hit sometimes. Those rascally bees must have bought their base defenses as 'Combat Luck'!
  3. Can a shrinking/very small character have a base 'less' than size 0? If so, what are the characteristics of those bases?
  4. Can a power be Linked to a multipower? For example... I have a multipower of various knife attacks, with a Linked poison to the entire multipower? If so... can two Multipowers be linked to one-another? IE: the same example above, but with a selection of poisons to apply in a second multipower? If not (or even if it can...) can a power that has powers linked to it be further modified by Naked Advantages while keeping the link? IE: One base knife attack, a host of naked advantages to modify it, and the poison linked to the base knife HKA that therefore links to all the Naked derivations? Finally, if I have an effect that activates as I enter a multiform (IE: an explosion of energy as I become The Living Fireball or something), is that a Linked AoE blast linked to the Multiform power, possessed by the original form... or is it a triggered (or something) power possessed by the Multiform?
  5. Re: Does this Power Work: Mental Wound that Never Heals This is for a PC, a Mentalist/Blaster. It is part of a suite of Mental Blast attacks in various AoE configurations, and represents the 'default state' of the Multipower, when the dangerous psychic energy contained in the character's mind is 'self contained' but looking for an outlet. Functionally, it serves two narrative purposes. First, it is sort of a 'mental defense', in that it will shred anyone who tries to keep mental contact too long. One or two quick bursts of mental contact will not be fatal (and anyone with impenetrable MD will be fine, if the GM needs that option for story purposes), probably doing 1 or 2 BODY in combat, and 12ish BODY total to the opposing mentalist before they could get the effect removed. The long term effect gives a lingering reminder to people to leave my mind alone. Removal would be with Telepathy, Mental Transform, that sort of thing... something someone mucking around in my mind might have access to anyways. Possibly accomplished with a more simple Mental Damage Shield in two parts, a 1d6 Killing, and a linked Severe Transformation (cumulative and Partial Transformation) into a vegetable?

  7. Can someone use Ranged Martial Arts maneuvers on 'Reflected' attacks, assuming they have the 'any target' modifier? Like... you get shot at, reflect the bullet with your super-swordsmanship, and Ranged Disarm the gun out of their hand?
