I liked it The CGI was a bit much sometimes, and the story was a bit light, but I liked Hyde being a suit instead of CGI 3 stars
  2. The Strongest is.... HULK In the Offical write-up in the Games Trader Magizine for the month of June, Hero System (along with SAS, Marvel, and MnM) all did a Hulk conversion to promote the movie... Hulk has a STR of 80. He also has "Madder Hulk Gets, Stronger Hulk Gets" Aid of 2d6 max of 60 pts of STR. That tops out at an astounding 140 STR. Hulk smash puny Grond.....
  3. I like the fact they are dealing with stuff as teens. If someone is going to run a "Teen Superhero" game, they need to keep in mind that kids are very social creatures. Going to a dance, crushes, bad Impressions, going through changes, all a part of being a kid. I've run games where you focus more on the Super and not the Teen. It got bad quick. My favorite comics are the "down-time" between World-Ending Crisis. It shows how human they really are. Breaking up the "Villian of the Week" with a date between a PC and a NPC, going to class and taking tests, Heck just kids being kids present a wonderful Role-Playing experience.
  4. New Incarnations for old and unused teams Where can I find information on the histories for the "inactive" super-teams throughout the Champions worlds? I have just got back into Hero System after a long absence. I lost most of my older stuff to a former friend who will get his just desserts. I like the idea of reactivating an unused team, but I don't want to step on toes with a new campain. I am also thinking of just making my own city, populate it with my own history and characters, and just be done. Any suggestions?
  5. Teen Heroes In my experiance, and this is my 5th time with the B.R.A.T.S., my best point totals have been 175+75. Limit the Active points to 40. THis has given me the most flexable grouping of heros. You can be almost anyone in any Comic Universe for the 250 pts. That also gives them a 100 pts "growth" timeframe to become full powered super heros. I also give them an estublished Mentor-type, my current team is under the watchful eye of Dr. Silverback, to give them points in the right directions, as well as a "science guy". I have had one where the head-master turned on the team, and that was also a great time. I usually run this at my local con, GrailQuest in Jacksonville, FL, and use the new people to the system to help me with the "kids". To date, The Con games have provided me the best gaming experiance with Teen Super-Heroes.
