Re: [eBay] Adventurer's Club Magazine 26 Issues Excellent Condition!
you might think about listing what those issues talk about (article titles and so forth). if any of them sound interesting' date=' I might consider it.[/quote']That's waaaay too much work for something I'll only get a few bucks for.

Re: Ultimate Brick usefulness outside a supers game
Could someone review this book? I'm thinking about picking it up. I'd especially like to know how much of it is new rules and how much of it just uses existing rules for special effects.

Re: Super Monster-Hunters Need Your Help!
Argent,
Wish I had you as a GM! That's exactly the kind of campaign I'd like to play in!

After looking over the errata for the various Hero System books there is surprisingly little of it, and what there is tends to be minor typos. This is unlike many games in the industry, such as GURPS. Just want to say job well done to Steve and anyone else responsible!

Anyone have experience playing online using Hero Central? Does it work well? I can't find players in my area so I'd like to know if this is a worthwhile way to play.

Re: Translating Magic Resistance
I'll be getting FH in the mail shortly. I'm surprised the book doesn't cover magic resistance.

Re: Old Hero gamer looking for a GM
Yeah, Richmond is about 3 hours away. One "problem" I have is I hate cars and driving.

Hi,
I started playing the original Champions in the early eighties mainly with one friend. I was impressed with how fun and flexible the system was even then. I have a bunch of Champions 1-4 ed. stuff including all the old AC issues. I'm looking to get back in the game and just bought the following online:
Hero Designer
Hero System: Bestiary
Champions
Star Hero
Spacer's Toolkit
Fantasy Hero
Fantasy Hero: Grimoire
Ultimate Martial Artist
Ultimate Vehicle
I'm holding off on FRED for the revised book that supposed to come out in several months. In the meantime I have the BBB.
Now all I need is a GM! I don't feel like I have the talent to run a game myself. I live in Harrisonburg, Virginia, but can't seem to find Hero players here. I hope this doesn't turn out like the wargaming hobby where I collected a bunch of board wargames for years but could never find an opponent.
I see there is something called Hero Central online that supposedly lets you play on the Internet. How does that work out? It seems like it would be slow and cumbersome. Can anyone recommend that?
Any help/advice appreciated.
PS. I've already posted on various "player finder" forums.
