Anyone ever do any write-ups for the characters from the old cartoon "Gargoyles?" I have some general ideas, but no sense in long math problems if someone else already figured powers and stats... Anyone?

Hi. i'm a relatively new Champions GM, and I recently got asked a question that has me stumped. One of my players wants to do a "cartoon character" kind of like the Mask (Jim Carrey) human and then "animated" Any ideas as to how this would be written up? (especially how to take advantage of "cartoon physics"?)
