Believe it or not, I'm cold. No fever, just checked, so I must be sunburned. All I did was cross a few parking lots today, well, yesterday and drive to local shopping centers. Time to break out the sunblock every single day.

There is only one container of fresh fruit in this house and a few bags of frozen. No veggies at all. Yet the two medicine cabinets and the under the sink cabinets in the bathrooms are overflowing.

When I turned my antique watch bracelet in for fixing, I was told they would call in two weeks with the price and it would be done about three weeks after that. Well, they just called and it's ready for pick-up. I'm so excited and happy !

Well, I ate good food today. All day and night. I made my EGO rolls at -8 because I was starving and did not eat junk chocolate from the Drugstore when I was out. I had cheese, crackers and grapes instead from the WAWA across the street. My cough is a bit better already.

I have insomnia because my cough is back, full force. OddHat says I coughed all night, waking him. Today, I am exhausted. PS, my cough has been back for about three weeks now.

I think I am starting to prefer vanilla cake to chocolate cake, especially since chocolate is bad for my cough, which is back.

WHEW ! The bills are in for my month long 50th birthday indulgences. I am happy to see that after crunching the numbers carefully, I am in considerably less trouble than I originally thought. Now I can go forth from here and make needed changes as I discussed in my Blog so that this never happens again.

I've gained back five pounds. I need to nip it in the bud now because I had all my clothes taken in. If I pass 180 again I will cry for days.

I counted the number of pills, prescription and over the counter, that I will have taken by bedtime tonight and came up with sixteen.

What are the cumulative effects and side effects and what are they doing to my poor, sensitive body and brain ?

What have they and others been doing for the past twenty-six years ? And those other years in my childhood ?

OddHat threw me a wonderful surprise party. He pulled it off beautifully. I was so surprised and pleased by the Guests who came and everyone liked everyone even though most of them did not know each other. It was a great mix of people. Several drove a long way to be there and OddHat's Sister's family drove two and a half hours. I have the greatest people in my life. Thanks also to everyone here for your birthday wishes. You all make getting old fun !

I've gained back four pounds and now my tight jeans don't fit anymore. Thank God one pair fits. The Capris should fit too. They are bigger. Bleah. Gotta get my body to lose weight again.

I've had a cranky time driving home from the Salon. I get to my back entrance and it's closed. Notice that this would happen today from the Management would have helped. I get to my driveway and it's partially blocked by a Gardener's lawnmower. I managed to get into the garage though. At least they didn't park their truck in front of my driveway as they did in the past. Also I have gained back about four or five pounds. No more cake for me. I have to nip the regain in the bud as I have had all my favorite clothes taken in.

Well, at least now I have pretty nails, toenails and eyebrows. I also made my EGO roll and stayed out of the cupcake Boutique. The sugar must go. I'm sad about that also.
