The Article was written to go with the Sheri Taylor Cover featured just above. It relates to the fact that Sheri is seeing a pc(aylwin13s character) SCEPTRE and her protecting his secret ID and Sam trying to out as much dirt as possible as he clumsily imitates Sheri's style of interview and journalism.

Federanium:

From Star Frontiers was supposedly unbreakable, but incredibly dense.

Osmium: It's what colossus's metal body is made of "Organic Metal" flexible with tissue like regeneration.

Petrium: Can't remember what book I read it in, it's a super hard metal found in the cavern left after an oil well dries up.

This one has an established Hero Character from the books on the cover as I see her. A little more sexy and a little more dangerous. Although it must be said she is still a dip. When I found the pic of the character in the Bikini I really wanted to do an article, but I didn't want to turn it into a pin-up mag.

That is an excellent suggestion and I don't know why I didn't think of changing the original post myself. The campus map was just from a google search of college campus maps. I can't remember exactly what school it is, but it's somewhere in London. Please don't vilify me, it was an honest mistake and being persecuted will just limited my contributions to the collective and I do have many more contributions that I would like to add.

Very professional! How long does it take to produce one of your covers??

It's not hard and it doesn't take long. Above I listed the Comic Artist Community Website as my source and I use a photo editor for the magazine lettering, cropping and effects. The hardest part for myself is coming up with side storys and articles I can deliver on if the PCs see something their interested in. As far as the main article I like to use it as foreshadowing or exposition for our campaiagn about half the time so it's usually pretty easy to find cover stories.

Super Heroes In Training

Perhaps I'd return to a game from my pre-HERO days about a urban youth group turned superheroes called the Super Heroes In Training (Yes, that's S.H.I.T.).

I've been working on another campaign in my group that I was hoping to get started soon. Nothing spectacular, but I was hoping to take an honest swipe at a Ravenwood Academy Campaign so in an effort like all the great Ravenwood paraphenilia provided by it's creator DR. ANOMALLY that has helped me to this point I am showing my efforts to the community maybe to pool ideas with anyone that has them and give new options to anyone else doing the same. I have attached some of the things that I've already sent out to my PCs in emails to help get them in the spirit of the game. I also thought about doing a Ravenwood Brochure but then wondered if it would even be needed to help set mood and tone. I'll update as things develop and suggestions are always welcome.

Hi, everyone I gave this a bump because I'm back from my hiatus. Actually my gaming group had become overly enamored with playing golf and I had just started school. I am a little behind previous issues so I will be attaching the Barroness Samedi interview this Sunday and hopefully I can get some input on what other articles should be fleshed out.

New Issues

These are the latest issues for Hero Talk in my campaign. I made it a bimonthly mag so it two issues per campaigned month. I tried to correct a lot of the problems in the past with the covers and my color schemes. Please let me know if you see something, your input is invaluable. I did the covers but haven't figured out which articles to write yet, so if anyone has any preference just let me know or even if you just have a cool idea for a cover.

I've been collecting these pics from various artist sights for the last 5 or 6 years much like Aylwin13. I like cover art, landscape and action shots or more to the point statement pictures so I go to comicartcommunity.com/gallery/index.php or just about any other place with pics that inspire you. I really like your editorials and it's a great site. If you added a couple well placed pics that would be incredible!

The next cover is one that we probably won't get to for at least a month. It is a little simpler than the first couple, but it's more of an open cover without the bar and the grabber headlines off to the side.
