I don't think I can use the Dark Aura. It would seriously impede Mictlan's dealings in the drug trade...I know he could just use proxies, now. In the beginning he would have had to build himself up as a Drug Lord.

Keep in mind that he has 2 IDs. The business man/drug lord. And the Cult leader/God of the Dead.

I agree. Buy ship as character, cool disads define it as ship and crew, crew as followers. My addition. Buy teleportation. I just think that having 1/4" crewmen appearing out of no where, and disappearing just as quick would be VERY useful.

  4. Re: Amalgamation Hero, let's create new Heroes from old ones

Life had never been simple for low powered mutant Dinah Storm. She Had a fine voice and could use it as a piercing sonic attack. Paired with her martial arts training since grade school, she made a fine street level heroine. Her fiance was the brilliant scientist Oliver Richards. Since his college days he had been working on a force-field technology that would protect against even the most powerful cosmic radiation and any sort of meteorite a spacecraft might encounter.

At last, Oliver had built a prototype Deep space rocket with his special shields. He invited Dinah along for the test flight and off they went. Dr. Richards had calculated that solar flares would be very active, but he had underestimated them and miscalculated the effects of the shields. He had built in a syphon effect to power the shields from the radiation they protected from. Within minutes of being inside the intense solar radiation the shields became opaque and black and the power of the shelds increased 1000 fold, bathing the couple in its strange black force...

Dinah and Oliver have no idea what happened next. They woke up in a field

in upstate New York in the crater their ship had left. They had somehow survived the crash without a scratch. Just then a burning fuel tank exploded and a black force field appeared around them. Dinah knew she was projecting the force wall. Oliver found that he could also call up black force in the form of bolts he could shoot from his hands.

After this fateful day, Dinah went by the codename Black Force. Along with her partner and husband Black Arrow, she fights superhuman and alien threats alongside some of the most powerful heroes in the world.

Tao SGEF* seeking male and female partners for exploration in physical relationships. I have been advised that is a pleasureable and worthwhile pursuit by my team mates and wish to learn more. I am do not need the normal societal lures or incentives to mate and I am physically very heathly. Race, age are not important, but enhanced strengh and stamina are preffered as match to my physical abilities. Serious inquiries only please. I have attached a photograph of myself naked as I was advised to do so by Statuequse.

    Olfactor:

Discriminatory Smell, Tracking Smell, Ranged Smell, Targeting Smell, +PER to Smell Group

Shape Shift for Smell Group only

    Images for Smell Group only

The guy is a crimefighter, but primarily on an investigative level. He can smell a meth lab a mile away. He can find drug dealers and users. He can track fugitives.

The 4ED book had a guy called Proboscus as one of the "Power Examples". I built him as a detective type NPC. He had Dist Feature: Huge nose.

The Doctors Forester: A scientist at a super-science research facility (Very similar to DCs S.T.A.R. Labs) trying to build teleportaion pads. He built two test pads. One on each side of his lab. Late one night Dr. Forester was sure he had everything right. He stepped onto the 1st pad and turned it on. It worked! He was on the other pad facing the wall. Turning around he saw himself on the first pad staring at him.

The good doctor actually built a duplication pad. He now has Duplication (Can not recombine, 1 exact duplicate). They call themselves The Doctors Forester, and have been legally ruled as seperate people. They both work for the research lab and are still trying to build a working teleporter.

  8. Re: Running jokes in your campaign

I once had a Gadgeteer build Mind Control helmets that looked like baseball caps of the local team. After the first encounter with his controlled minions in the caps, the team was always ripping off peoples baseball caps to see if they had circuitry inside. This went on for a long time, since they did find the circuitrty...sometimes.

The AI in the PCs base kept asking and asking to have a robot body made for it. They finally relented and now the AI has a body built by a powerful technomancer...

Now, the PCs are all paranoid that it will go berzerk or be taken over by a villian. I have not played this down. I have no plans to have the robot go against them, but I love to have them notice it watching their practice sessions, or having it give them cryptic answers. That sort of thing.

More of a joke ON the players, but I love it.

Wheels: He was a Powersuited Gadgeteer but he was parapelegic and his "Suit" was a tracked and armored wheelchair with weapons systems and the usual powersuit LS and + to STR. No flight, but the chair was very fast with lots of running and NC multipliers. It did have manipulator arms he used for straight forward melee combat. He also had wireless internet conection for the computer inside. The "Chair" looked like a 6' tall tracked robot. This sometimes fooled mentalists into not targeting him.

How about a big energy blast of negative energy.....E-atk 18D6' date=' 8 charges, charges are recovered by torturing some one to death....built into his cerimonial flint knife...[/quote']

I love this E-att! To answer a couple of your questions, pinecone. The biggest attack on the PC side is a 20d6 EB of "Sparks" (Think of the end of a sparkler when lit and multiply it by 1000 and shoot it in a stream out of your hands). She does have it with gestures (Arms pionted at target and wrists together, hands pointed out to each side).

There is a PC with Telepathy and Mental Images, so I don't feel bad giving the Vamp Lord a few mental powers.

Mysterious, masked, mystic singing cowboy! The Rhinestone Stranger. He had a Mystic VPP for his spells with incantation defined as country/western style songs. His guitar was a powerful magic weapon and his horse was his familiar. The horse sang harmony.

He wore a rhinestone cowboy outfit with sparkley mystic runes on it. He wore a rhinestone encrusted domino mask and his 10 gallon hats brim always shadowed his face in dramatic fashion. His skills included many occult oriented KSs and Disarm with his enchanted 6-shooters. And, yes. He had a Magic Lasso.

Jack "Crash" Parker: First, he presses the button on his PDA that automatically calls the cops and tells them where Jack is and that a crime is in progress. Then, he wades into the fight and yells "I call the brick!" to any other supertypes who look like they want to save the day.
