  5. Hello, i try to build a power who damage all arond me with continious damages. I look for Energy blast with area effect hexe and damage shield advantages but with this power can i affect all target in my hexe ? Sorry for my english
  6. Do you think its a real disavantage to take extratime on a persistant power that don't have endurance cost ? Because i design a martial artist who is master of acuponcture and pressure points. This guy could with this power can add to his body, constitution, dexterite charastistique... with disavantage extra time ans my master said its not a real disavantage because this power is on all the time. Are you agree ? (sorry for my poor english)
