  1. I'm a little confused on how the disable element from the UMA works. Is this how it works? When you attack with the manuever, you roll the body and stun normally without hit locations? Then you apply the body damage done versus the character's total body (or is it current body if they were already injured)? If the damage is more than 1/2 the body then the limb is impaired and when it is more than the total body, the limb is disabled? If this is the method and you are only doing 1/2d6 KA with the manuever and at most can double it to 1d6+1, it is not possible to impair or disable someone with 15 Body right?
  2. So when should it ship from the printers for those of us who must suffer and have to wait to get it in retail stores?
  3. If I wanted to use teleportation usable as an attack to disarm an object from an opponent's hands, how would that work? Would I only have to succeed on the attack roll?
  4. I was looking at the cost of Dex and it seemed a bit low to me for what it gives you. I was thinking about raising it, but was not sure it was more balancing to raise the cost to 4 or 5. What does everyone think is a fair cost?
  5. When a drain affects a multipower slot, does it work against the active points in the slot, the real cost of the power in the slot, or against the cost of the slot. For example, suppose someone has a multipower with a 60 point reserve and one of the slots was a 12d6 EB that costs x2 endurance, an active cost of 60 and a real cost of 40. It is placed in a fixed slot that costs 4 points. In order to completely drain the power, would it take 60 points, 40 points or 4 points?
