If I remember correctly, in previous versions, if the points in Multiform exceeded the cost of the base character, you had to pay points at a 1:1 ratio. Is this still the case in the 5th edition? Aylwin

I have a teleporting martial artist who has a 5d6 area effect, selective HA. Now, I know I can add my STR 40/12 = 3d6 to increase that to 8d6. My question is; can I add martial arts to that as well? And if so, how many dice would I be able to add? Aylwin

I created a mentalist, and was looking through CKC for some interesting background ideas, hunteds, etc. when I came across PSI and the story about Sebastion Poe, and his son Kevin Poe. Pow, I had my origin, hunted, etc. Imagine my surprise when I got Millenium city and found Kevin in there... Aylwin

Re: TINY factual error in Millenium City book. I have a small problem with this as well, but that is mainly because I am a U of M fan. But seriously I live just outside of Detroit, and the "nearest" major Universtiy is University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, a half hour away. Not Michigan State, in Lansing, which is 2 hours away. The listing under area effect powers for selective says that it can be applied to other area powers, like darkness. How does this work? Do you have to make a to hit roll for everyone within the darkness that you want to affect? Can I apply selective to a power like invisibility, so I can be invisible to everyone except my team? If so, do I have to roll to hit everyone that I want to affect? Aylwin

My group has a similar problem. But in my case everyone sits around waiting for someone to tell them what to do, then when I or the other person in the group who will actually make decisions, start giving orders, we get the "who made you leader?" attitude. But when something goes wrong, it's "Well your the leader, it's your fault." Very frustrating sometimes. Aylwin

I am running a Mentalist and was looking at Menton for some ideas. Something that confuses me about Menton is the fact that he has Mind Scan, and also a Sense minds power that is targeting, Discriminatory telescopic, etc. This seems to me to be a little redundant. Can anyone tell me what the difference between the two are? Aylwin
