I've changed the AP rules to be (roughly) in line with the AP and Hardened rules from the Advanced Players Guide. This is to simplify the unholy and unusable mess in v1.0. I could have just dumped Armour Piercing entirely but I really wanted to have rules for weapons and armour made from unusual materials, good weapons for PCs, crappy ones to represent materially primitive/poor types. Thanks to JesseBFox for their thread on Ballistic Armor for showing me this much better and simpler way.
