The Heroes Designer software is NOT Adjusting or providing the Correct OCV/DCV Calculations based upon the characters dexterity. My Characters Dex is 30 so his OCV/DCV should be 8; But the software keeps saying it is 3; What is going wrong? any help would be appreciated!! Simon Posted August 6, 2022 Report Share Posted August 6, 2022 Offhand, I'd say that you're creating a 6th Edition character and expecting HD to make calculations according to your understanding of 5th Edition rules. While HD will help to guide you in constructing rules-legal characters (or even changing the rules for your own use), HD is not intended to be a replacement for the rulebooks (or knowledge of the rules).
