When you calculate the cost of an Ultra Slot, it is based on the ACT points in the slot NOT base on the cost of the MP. I’m reworking Blue Jay. She has an MP that 75 pts but its OIF so she pays 50 points. Her two slots are Ultras which both work out to 75 Active Points each Slot however she is listed as only paying 5 Points per slot not 7. At time of this post I cannot find in the BBB -soft cover where you can buy Movement skill levels. I know that Dragonfly has them. I swear that I read them before. Chris Goodwin Posted October 31, 2022 Report Share Posted October 31, 2022 It looks like the only place the BBB mentions skill levels with movement is p. 143 under Flight. 1e p. 38 and 2e p. 61 have the same verbiage but also don't say anything else about them! 3e p. 17, 5er p. 369, 6e2 p. 32 say what all you can do with Movement Skill Levels.
