I'm working on one, but since I'm still new too HERO I figured I would look here and see if anybody else has started. So I could steal...err..borrow thier idea's. Rather than go through the arduous process of creating a spell system under Hero, I think I'm going to run it as is - at least it's a better version of d20. Nevenall Posted February 23, 2004 Report Share Posted February 23, 2004 I only flipped though the d20 book a little so I don't know, but I didn't magic would be hard in a Conan game, as long as every spell has enough Extra Time for Conan to hack that wizard down. I think the most fun part would be making all the weapons distinct and interesting. KillerShrike has some good weapon variations on his site. FH is my baseline preference for fantasy gaming, and has been since the late 80s, but I find it hard to spend the time making spell systems.
