Tywyll
A bag of holding (or any object that stores a lot of material inside that is different from its physical space outside)? What about a glove of storing (this shrinks down an object to tiny, tiny, freezes it in time and allows you to call it back to regular size with the snap of a finger. I was thinking 2d6 Transform, no range, only objects that you can hold with one hand, etc, but I can't figure out how to do the 'free action' timing to produce the item from the glove. bjbrown
A bag of holding could be Extra-Dimensional Movement, Usable Agaisnt Others. (With a limitation that limits it to storing and recalling objects only.) If you don't mind stuffing people into it, the limitation could be that it requires a successful Grab. The glove could be similar- Shrinking, Reduced END: Zero, Persistent, Usable Against Others (again with a limitation to prevent combat use). Returning the object to normal size would simply be a matter of halting use of the power (0 phase). If you went the Transform route, you could use the Trigger advantage to give you the 0-phase snapping it back to normal size.
Outsider
Another option would be to buy it as Strength, useable only for countering encumbrance penalties for carrying anything that can be fit through the mouth of the bag, and with no ability to carry anything beyond the "no penalty" level. One should also buy the Strength seperately, rather than in addition to the character's strength... otherwise just how much the bag could hold would vary with the strength of the person carrying the bag. Markdoc
And yet another way to do it is shrinking, usable against others, area effect, continous, 0 END, "only objects fitting fully through the mouth of the bag". Since it's area effect continous, anything in the bag is effected, between phases. Of course this gives you no way to "instantly grab what you want" out of the bag - but I kind of like the image of a player fumbling around in his giant bag for that item he needs Right Now! cheers, Mark
