I cant find it in the book. But does it cost more points to make Armor Full Coverage? (I'm sure it does) If so where in the book does it deal with this issue.

If you are asking about the "Armor" power, it is assumed to cover you fully, unless you put a Limitation on it.

Activation is what is usually used to represent Armor that only gives partial coverage, but there are other, more detailed ways.

I see. I was just misunderstanding a couple of points. Thanks.

By the way, I'm trying to create a power armor player. I was curious would it be easier as some form of multiform. My argument for that is he would be just an average guy (relatively) without the armor. But would have a definite higher power level after putting on the armor. With enhanced STR, DEX, an energy blasts, etc.

Normaly it is better to build the armor via a limitation instead, normaly OIF or OIHID depending on how likely the armor is to be taken away

Let me give you an example

POWER SUIT-OIF (-1/2)

20 10/10 Armor

20 Flight 15"

15 +30 Str, No Figured Characterisics (-1/2)

50 12d6 EB 1/2 End (+1/4)

20 200 End Reserve, 10 Rec

----

125 points, normaly these powers would have cost a total of 185 points, saving you 60.
