Falling Down Hero

As I was reading the section of DC on Resource pools, it made me think of the movie Falling Down and how the main character basically assembles his kit and arsenal over the course of a VERY BAD DAY... anyone else consider the idea of doing a one-shot type of game like this movie- one or two charcters just trying to make it home from a real bad day while trying to also survive the urban city at the same time?

Re: Falling Down Hero

That's a great idea - which way were you thinking of it? As an urban environment gone wild (as in Mad Max) - or PCs just gone over the edge (as of course in Falling Down)? Or in-between?

Probably as a cross between the two- a group of people who've just had one bad day too many see something that catalyses them to take action and then the mayhem ensues from there...:sneaky::bmk:

Hmmmm, this would probably work as a one shot or a very short-lived pbem.

If you ever do this at a con or such, email me. Take care. :)
