Just to toss in some coppers because I'm moderately bored waiting for a game to start: There's nothing about Multiple Power Attack (either in 5E or the much expanded discussion in 5ER) that says you can't use the same SFX Powers in one attack - they must two distinct Powers, which would mean bought twice counts (two guns for example). 5ER specifically states this is kosher at this point anyways.
