Xavier
I was wondering if anyone had any idea how I would go about building someone who was carrying a virulent plague that infected a very, very small portion of the population (though anyone can be a carrier) and transformed in such a way as to cause the affected victims to manifest super powers. I understand that Transform might be the obvious way to go here, but the changes to the victims are permanent and quite possibly powerful. I'll admit trying to figure a way to do this is making my head hurt. Any ideas?
AlHazred
Re: Building a Plague-bearer... Make it a Continuous Transform AoE. But for making actual superheroes, use the Plot Device power.
Xavier
Re: Building a Plague-bearer... Hm...well when you put it that way you make it sound childishly simple. Suddenly I don't feel so smart... :?

Rapier
Re: Building a Plague-bearer... If its just a random occurance, give it an activation roll. Give it another lim that "can only be used once per target" to reflect either you get it or you don't. Otherwise, hand wave, as stated previously.
