TheEmerged
Re: Halo characters Master Chief, the main character in the XBox games named Halo and Halo 2. One slot he'll have to have is enough of a computer memory slot to contain an AI who knows all of Earth's history, fleet information, and known Star maps. nightbringer256
Re: Halo characters sweet thanks, i plan on using this character in my game. a villian with the power to make video game characters real. *evil laughter *
Metaphysician
Re: Halo characters IIRC, Master Chief ( and Spartans in general ) are supposed to have superhuman strength, speed, and durability even without their armor. Also, shouldn't those force fields have Ablative??
nexus
Re: Halo characters He does. The extra strength is cybernetic, not tied to the armors. The limitation on the Forcefield is a house rule limitation that simulates video game feilds that gradually go down as they take damage. Guzalot
Re: Halo characters Also' date=' shouldn't those force fields have Ablative??[/quote']Maybe, but they recharge back to full strength. Not sure how to model that.

Fireg0lem
Re: Halo characters If you don't want a houserule: Force Field I: 50% Physical Damage Reduction, Resistant, Only Stops Stun (-1/2), Only While Points Remain in Force Field III (-1) Force Field II: 50% Energy Damage Reduction, Resistant, Only Stops Stun (-1/2), Only While Points Remain in Force Field III (-1) Force Field III: +20 BODY - No Figured Characterstics (-1/2), Damaged First, Before Personal Body (-0), Not Protected by Personal Defenses (-1) Force Field IV: Regeneration (straight out of the book mods) Only Heals Force Field III, Not Personal Body (-1) All this with OIF or OIHID or whatever. Also, the values for the various limitations are guesstimates - they would depend on the rest of the character (how much other defense the character had, how much BODY the character had, what DC typical attacks are, etc.
