If you don't want a houserule:

 

Force Field I: 50% Physical Damage Reduction, Resistant, Only Stops Stun (-1/2), Only While Points Remain in Force Field III (-1)

Force Field II: 50% Energy Damage Reduction, Resistant, Only Stops Stun (-1/2), Only While Points Remain in Force Field III (-1)

Force Field III: +20 BODY - No Figured Characterstics (-1/2), Damaged First, Before Personal Body (-0), Not Protected by Personal Defenses (-1)

Force Field IV: Regeneration (straight out of the book mods) Only Heals Force Field III, Not Personal Body (-1)

 

All this with OIF or OIHID or whatever. Also, the values for the various limitations are guesstimates - they would depend on the rest of the character (how much other defense the character had, how much BODY the character had, what DC typical attacks are, etc.
