Myrlyn
This is a question for the modders out there. I was looking at some online photos of the Star Wars miniatures from WotC, and am trying to figure out how they compare in terms of size to the HeroClix figures. My reason for asking is that I'm wondering I could do a few simple head swaps in order to use the Biker Scout Stormtrooper helmets for some various Champions conversions. Thanks in advance for any feedback on this. Keith
CBikle
Re: Mini Compatibility: Star Wars and HeroClix I think the Star Wars figures are slightly smaller. Your local comics/games shop may have single figures for sale. You might want to check that out for compatability and buy the ones you want. Greywind
Re: Mini Compatibility: Star Wars and HeroClix They are smaller. You could do the swap, but if it is a HeroClix figure, the head will be too small for the body.
Blue
Re: Mini Compatibility: Star Wars and HeroClix The Starwars figures appear to be on par with the last series of D&D figures (the ones sold in boosters like clix are). This means they're a bit smaller than clix. But then I've only got one of the sandpeople that my comic store gave away.
Myrlyn
Re: Mini Compatibility: Star Wars and HeroClix Ok, guess that kills that idea. Oh well! Guess I'll just have to rumage around some more (or get better at using green stuff). Thanks! Keith
proditor
Re: Mini Compatibility: Star Wars and HeroClix What they said. I was looking to use some Star Wars minis myself, but they look like they are "True 25mm" when everyone else is doing 28 to 33mm plus.
