Background/History: Theopolis Oscar Manx was born and raised in an Exalted Cat colony near Bilit Island. Tom was an adventurous youngster, constantly getting into trouble. Finally the elders had enough and sent young Tom out into the world.

 

He found work, companionship, and fun as a ships cat before jumping ship in Bilitese Port, but it was too small for someone of Tom’s lively personality and he left quickly.

 

Life aboard ship was relatively safe, but the jungles of Bilit Island forced him to learn quickly and well. Eventually he met a new companion. A wandering Bilit Priest Wizard who taught him the language, histories, and cultures of the Bilitese. Their travels took them the length and breadth of the island.

 

Unfortunately Aralise Pirates raided the Bilit Port they where visiting and Tom’s hiding place was transferred as booty aboard their ship. When the Captain finally discovered the stowaway Tom had already made friends with ships crew. They thought him a simple cat, but the Pirate Wizard knew the something wasn’t right. He stayed aboard for several voyages and learned Latin from a defrocked Priest turned Pirate who acted as the ships purser.

 

Life aboard ship was good, but when they arrived at the great city of Yibyorak he jumped ship. He’s spent months exploring the city and took up residence in a home belonging to a Knight Errant of Lavalee, Sir Errandis of the House Menelvagor.

 

The servants seemed to think he belonged. A misconception he didn’t try to correct. He was well fed and cared for. It seemed a nice place and a fairly innocent deception. The Bardic Circle once a week provided many amusements, some new friends, and a purrr-fect amount of proper attention.

 

Personality/Motivation: Tom’s mischievous sense of humor and curiosity about the world put him on his current path. He reacts badly to people who abuse him, his friends and others. He likes his comforts, but isn’t lazy.

 

Quotes: "What? Oh you've never seen a talking cat before."

 

Powers/Tactics: Wears a Collar with a 7pt. Powerstone hidden inside.

 

Appearance: A short hair black tabby with brilliant green and silver eyes.
