Reln Posted August 8, 2005 Report Share Posted August 8, 2005 Ok I'm trying to build this power. It's supposed to be a passive ability. Animals just act like he is one of them with the exeption of cats, who act as if he is a competeing preditor. The animal afinity from fantasy hero dosn't seam to fit right as it is just the animal handler skill with a +3 on the roll. Reln Posted August 8, 2005 Author Report Share Posted August 8, 2005 Re: Psionic Empathy with Animals I desided to go with the Mind control but cut it down to 3 dice and made it a standard efect...All normal animals have a 5 EGO. I figure treating someone that is not thretining you as an animal isn't unresonable for an ego or better sucess. I also made it always on. prestidigitator Posted August 8, 2005 Report Share Posted August 8, 2005 Re: Psionic Empathy with Animals How about one or more of: +10 Pre; Only vs. Animals (-1); [10 Active, 5 Real] Seduction: Pre Roll +2; Only vs. Animals (-1); [7 Active, 3 Real] Disguise: Int Roll +2; Only to Masquerade as an Animal to Animals (-2); [7 Active, 2 Real] If you want it to be Extraordinary, upgrade the +2s to +10s. You don't have to make a presence attack to be impressive to animals. By and large though what you need (having spent your 10 points or so) is a sympathetic GM.
