(Valdorian Age) They aren't mentioned anywhere in the book that I can see. I'm getting annoyed lately at the all the missing information from various books' maps and tables. There's somewhere else where it says there's an armory in Gold's Reside, right across from Hawker's Square, but it's not marked either, IIRC. /me grumbles alongside PhilFleischmann.
