Please note I am not going for super acurate translations but feels. Any constructive criticism welcome and appreciated. First the Askar the home grown warrior. the city guard, militiaman caravan guard. The baseline. Tend to be well educated as they have to take many different roles. They don't follow the local customs, use strange words and act like they own the place. And there are a lot of paramedics around. You have a lot of skills in your templates, you should only have the skills that all who have that template has. So a corsair with it may seem strange but as you say if he is working to become a captain he may pick it up. It is not mandatory. Paramedics is basic first aid really and again part of the chose skills section. If you feel that offering to all the templates is overboard, well it can be changed.
