Thoughts on Voltron

I've always liked the Lion Voltron, and, I still think that a human-sized version of it would make a very cool suit of powered armor.

The wearer is a weekend athlete, and Voltron fan, who, while out on a walk, winds a pebble-like item. It shatters when he applies pressure to it, the liquid inside being absorbed by his skin.

The next morning he wakes up to find himself wearing a suit or armor that resembles Voltron. The colors are correct, the helmet looks like Voltron's, the chest insignia is correct, the wing is on the back, but the hands are covered by gloves, not lion heads.

The armor responds to the wearers mental commands and vanishes when not needed. When active, it provides life support against temperature, pressure, and radiation as well as protecting the wearer's senses.
