Citizen Keen
Last night I went HERO crazy, designing all kinds of wacky stuff for an upcoming campaign. So I's gots lots o' questions for the boards. I want to create an NND for some powers with the defense being having any Mental Power or Mental Defense. Basically, if you've trained that aspect of your mind, you're immune to the attacks. Is that a broad enough defense for NNDs? -cK
Snarf
It sounds broad enough to me, but you'd have to describe the campaign world.
Insaniac99
yeah i would say that is just as much viable as "force fields" or mental defence or any of the otehr things i have seen for NNDs, however, i want to see all the things you came up with... TheEmerged
I have a common NND set I call "Possessing Mental Awareness", so yeah I'd say it's appropriate. It's good for building affects like Mind Blast from the 3rd Edition D&D Psionic Handbook (hoses the heck out of non-psionics but has minimal if any effect against psionics).
