Steve Posted June 7, 2003 Report Share Posted June 7, 2003 If Only Usable in Hero ID is a -1/4 Limitation, then what would be a suitable level of Limitation for not being able to use an ability or skill in your superpowered ID that you can in your non-superpowered one?
